At Crustnet.online, we build for permanence. Our “Hardened Bridge” infrastructure is a specialized technical deployment that requires significant resource allocation from the moment of initiation. This policy outlines our commitment to stability and the finality of our professional services.
1. The “Structural Initiation” Point
A project is considered “Under Construction” the moment the initial security audit begins and our engineers start mapping your data-silo architecture. Our service is considered “Fully Reinforced” once the technical handshake between your platform and the third-party gateway is established and verified.
2. Non-Refundable Commitment
Due to the intensive labor, proprietary encryption setups, and dedicated server-node allocation required to build a Crustnet bridge, all fees paid are final and non-refundable.
- Reasoning: Unlike generic software, Crustnet provides custom-architected conduits. Once our technical team has committed hours to vetting and hardening your specific “Vault” protocol, those resources cannot be recaptured.
3. Cancellation Protocol
- Pre-Audit Cancellation: If you request a cancellation within 2 hours of payment, and before our security team has initiated the “Structural Audit,” a refund may be granted minus a 25% “Resource Allocation Fee.”
- Active Project Cancellation: Once the audit has commenced or the bridge construction has entered the “Silo Phase,” no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Third-Party Decisions
Crustnet serves as the architect of the connection, not the gatekeeper of the funds. If a third-party payment gateway declines your merchant application or suspends your account after the bridge has been successfully built, Crustnet is not liable for a refund. Our obligation is fulfilled upon the delivery of a working technical conduit.
5. Security-Based Termination
Crustnet maintains a high-integrity perimeter. If a merchant’s account is flagged for fraudulent activity, unauthorized data probing, or violation of our “Terms & Conditions,” we reserve the right to sever the bridge immediately. In the event of a security-based termination, all fees are forfeited to cover the costs of emergency protocol deployment.
6. Formal Notification
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through your institutional account dashboard or via our secure support channel at protocols@crustnet.online.
