Terms & Conditions

For Crustnet.online, the Terms & Conditions must feel like a legal fortress. The tone is stoic, transparent, and authoritative, emphasizing that while we provide an unbreakable technical bridge, the merchant remains the sovereign commander of their own capital.

By accessing the Crustnet.online technical aggregation platform, you (the “Merchant”) agree to be bound by the following structural protocols. These terms define the parameters of our reinforced technical services.

1. Nature of Service: The “Hardened Bridge”

Crustnet provides a high-integrity technical interface designed to bridge Merchant systems with authorized third-party payment gateways.

  • Infrastructure Only: Crustnet is a technology provider. We do not provide banking services, issue digital wallets, process merchant settlements, or take custody of funds.
  • Non-Custodial Mandate: At no point does Crustnet enter the flow of funds. Our role is strictly limited to the secure routing of data between the Merchant and the selected financial gateway.

2. Merchant Integrity & Compliance

The strength of the Crust depends on the integrity of its users.

  • Verification: The Merchant must provide verified institutional data. Any attempt to use the Crustnet bridge for unauthorized, high-risk, or illicit trade is a breach of this protocol.
  • Sovereign Responsibility: The Merchant is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their internal systems. Crustnet secures the bridge; the Merchant secures the origin.

3. Operational Deployment & Fees

  • Deployment Protocol: Our service is considered rendered upon the successful technical “lock-in” of the bridge between your platform and the gateway.
  • Fee Structure: Professional fees are assessed based on the level of hardening and routing complexity required.
  • Finality of Service: Due to the resource-intensive nature of architecting a secure technical conduit, all deployment fees are non-refundable once the audit phase has concluded and the bridge is under construction.

4. Liability & Third-Party Perimeter

  • Gateway Autonomy: Crustnet does not influence the credit or underwriting decisions of third-party gateways. Approval is subject to the gateway’s independent assessment.
  • The Perimeter Rule: Crustnet is responsible for the technical integrity of the conduit. Once data passes through the bridge and enters the third-party environment, liability shifts to the respective gateway provider.
  • Force Majeure: Crustnet is not liable for interruptions caused by global network failures, third-party gateway downtime, or acts of digital warfare.

5. Termination of Access

Crustnet reserves the right to sever the bridge immediately, without notice, if:

  • The Merchant’s traffic triggers systemic risk alerts.
  • The Merchant attempts to probe or reverse-engineer the “Vault” encryption protocols.
  • A breach of local or international financial regulations is identified.

6. Governance & Arbitration

This agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through formal, institutional arbitration to ensure the integrity of the process.
